Hey CM, of course it's normal to go. I don't know your situation (are you in college?) because you could avail of the Student Councelling Service, it's free, call up & make an appointment. If you find it doesn't help, there's nothing lost. Even if you can't do it in college, i'd recommend going for a few sessions to see if it helps and focus on where you are & what you want out of life.

If you need to chat, either PM me or hit me up on FB bro :)

That online test must of spooked you, just how bad were the results.

it got me thinking alright! :P
You know when someone points something out that you probably never considered before you cant help but notice now? Like that humming of a water heater at night for example. Its a little like that. Ive spent the whole day going. "Hmmm... nahhh"

I done it out of boredom, expected it to skim the surface and give me some generic wishy-washy evaluation at the end. But the more i got into it, the more i found myself answering the questions honestly.
Psycologists are always one of those things that everyone knows about, but no one does. Kinda.
Like it is normal to go these days?

All depends on who you talk to I suppose,I'd consider it normal cos I've been seeing one for over a year now,but someone else might think differently.

I dreaded my first appointment, but I look forward to them now, find it quite handy having someone impartial who I can tell my troubles/worries/odd thoughts to,and not have to worry about someone else I know finding out about them.

Nothing wrong with a check-up. Have only heard good things about psychologists from people I know and it's more commonplace these days than it ever was.

I think it's infinitly more healthy to get out and actually talk to someone like a psychologist than it is to bottle all things up and talk to no one. Personally, I use the net to vent, but I do think in the years to come, I'll be seeing a shrink to discuss some of my issues :P

Seeing as he was our highlight last nite we've added the Anfield cat to our squad photo, about time. http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/462/xxxzr.png

A funny drawing of Super Webb, I find the tiny drawing of Villas Boas spot on.

The first ever successful PW Beers ladies and gentlemen.

Meh, this happened years ago when myself and Flav went on a session in Liverpool. Or when myself and Ger C had beers at a Waterford IWW show.

However, if an actual pre arranged one ever happens - BOOM.

Anyone else think btjunkie was told to shut down? It's a shame, was always a great site for sharing my photo albums and stuff to family overseas.

Hey lads. Can anybody see if they can order this book and get past the address part on order? It says none of these books will ship from UK to Ireland for me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,987 ✭✭✭Cherry_Cola

In my experience, most of the non amazon sellers don't ship here unfortunately. It's crap because they have some great prices for books etc.

Tried 3 of them there and it didn't work.

Fcuking hell! I knew he was pissed but didn't think he'd actually go. Wonder who'll get the job. Would have thought Redknapp would have wanted to end the season first with Spurs before he'd take it.
