Crossfit Gym in Limerick

    Hello guys.
    I know that there are some posts here about Crossfit in Limerick, but the newest one was from 1 year 1/2 ago.

    So, I guess that now, is the right time in order to ask this question again.

    I'm doing Crossfit in Limerick at Strand and I'm currently, thinking of opening a Crossfit Gym in Limerick, but I have to do my numbers before.

    But, I would like to know and to train Crossfit with other people here in Limerick, so, If you are a Crossfiter in Limerick, give me a shout!.

    If you are looking for people who train in similar routines to crossfit, you should check out trifit in Sexton Street - the 'trifit training' is influenced by crossfit

    You'd probably find something in UL.

    I'd do an auld wod once there's no kipping things.

    Thanks metamorphosis, that sounds interesting (the trifit sessions I mean).
    I will be there tomorrow just to know how it works, but I guess it is not going to be as hard as Crossfit.

    I was in UL and I found it interesting, the problem is that I don't have a car here in Limerick and I can't spend 45 minutes from the city center to the UL by bus :D.

    Haha I would drive down to UL just to look at you suffering through one. They are horrendous.
