Boosting for titles, emblems and moabs in free for all is so l33t. 4 people in the 1 game where at it but I kept joining session to annoy them.

I'm done with the multiplayer. 10 hours worth and I pretty much hate it. It's the same twitchy mess that mw2 was - and i still managed 11 days on that - but with a whole set of new issues. At least mw2 had some maps I absolutely loved and it could be forgiven for trying out new ideas; there's no real excuse for this mess though. I'll do the campaign and return it.

Borrowed it. I'd probably put more time into it if I owned it but I'm not enjoying it at all. It feels like a choir to me. It funny but I never really cared for the gameplay mechanics of the COD campaign, but I really want to see it concluded. My feelings may also be that I'm just jaded of the series in general. Fair play to Activision with the Elite - although I loathe the idea of it - I expected it to be flashing all over the place, kinda like BF3, shouting at me from the customisation screens etc. begging me to sign up but they kept it fairly discrete.

I really must start playing FFa, think I played like 3 games of it so far, booster hunting is a nice side sport in MW2

Striker still isn't sorted, jokeshop. Why should I/anyone else bother wasting time leveling any other shotgun up to get Damage when a Striker without Damage is still more than a match for the Spas with it?

Thats fine, doesn't mean they have to nerf the striker to bring it in line with the rest of the shotties, even the striker is underpowered compared to the SMG's and some AR's in this game.

Are you joking? It's much more powerful than it was in MW2 and there's zero trade off between power and firing rate.

what ? Why are you comparing it to MW2(And exaggerating!)... the shotguns in MW2 were secondaries, thats the only reason people considered them OP... It does what it says on the tin.. wrecks at close range, but the SMG's also wreck at close range... and medium range... heck.. the PPM90 or whatever its called is pretty good at long range too !

The striker is a good gun, thats about it. In ANY game mode, there are serveral SMG's and AR's that are a much better option.

One good shotgun in the whole catagory and you wanna nerf it ! PFFFFTT ! Get outta here.

lol, its possibly the most anoying thing in the game (Tho not THAT common). If blops 2 has any sort of last stand bull**** I swear to god imma abuse some noobs.

Exaggerating? Erm, yeah, whatever.

The Striker wasn't considered overpowered in MW2 because even though you could spam it, it was fairly weak and had limited range.
In this game, you can spam it and it isn't weak and has range.
The SPAS, if it were appropriately powerful, would make the MW2 one look like a pea-shooter.

The spas in MW2 could one shot kill from insane distances ! It was far more powerful than any of the shotguns in MW3. I still think it would have been fine if it was like that in MW3, because its a primary weapon.

I was thinking of the AA12 from MW2, my bad, i never really used the striker in it.

Are people using modded controllers again?

Seems to be alot of people using the mk14 and when looking back on kill cams their rate of fire seem impossable. I tried using the mk14 and consider myself a fairly good player and couldn't fire this weapon anywhere near as fast as these people.

I really hope i'm wrong and people arn't ruining this game by cheating, its an unfair advantage and not far on everyone else that payed the same money for the game.

Ok, up until last night, I hadn't played for about 2 week, but....

This game has become a fcuking campfest. It was pretty bad the last time I played but I couldn't turn a corner without someone hiding behind something, regardless of the lobby I was in.

Eventually, I just joined them for 2 games and proceeded to bore the t!ts off myself.

Some people just have a fast trigger finger. Doesn't even give much of an advantage as they've made it (especially on pistols) that if you shoot overly fast the recoil goes mad.

the MW2 AA12 with extended mags is just amazing, B flag on Skidrow is a meat grinder on a ground war game, just stroll around and let the magic happen

Last 3/4 days on XBOX my lag has been shoite too.

And the difference it makes is absolutely huge. Shoot a guy thrice in the face.
Killcam says I ran around a corner and stopped and stared at the guy hoping for a biscuit.

When you play a game of free for all in a session with mates, how come it doesnt award XP but still adds game time played? I don't really care, but it leaves me that I've played just under 2 days and I'm only on lv34 1st prestige, just looks shoite
