I'm surprised it wasn't in place already

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    Oh I don't think that's true.

The benefit is surely for the actors... participants... themselves.

Lets face it, sex without a condom feels better. That's generally why couples do it unless they are trying to conceive. It isn't likely to change by porn stars wearing condoms, but I do think it's for the best.

Doing porn is fine, but feeling pressured to shoot porn without protection, I think we should be very careful about that and i'm glad if the story about the legislation is true.

The only thing ive to wonder though is if they are going to be wearing it for sex, there is not much point unless it's being used as appropriate in oral too, and hopefully the nasty scenes of it being finished on the womans face are removed too, its going to make it less graphic, which is also good I think as lads sometimes see that as sexual reality.
he'd get a punch/bite in the balls if he tried to degrade me like that, I'd just have to hope he wasn't into s n m.
So you want him to finish on the breasts?

Why not, Would you like to wipe sperm out of your eye!? I just think the way it's shown in porn is most of the time very degrading for the woman.. Fair enough if it gets you off but it wouldn't be my preference, especially if it was a surprise.

Then close the eyes and just enjoy it? I don't see the big deal.

That'll teach you that next time your dad asks what you want for Xmas you won't say "Surprise me"!

I agree completely, of course they are going to benefit from it. But do you not think there will be higher rates and a demand for movies without condoms, not all porn comes from LA.

but from knowing lads who see porn as how sex really is, they seem let down when your not singing like a soprano, it creates a false expectation and they dont realise the risks involved and it is better without, but if the lad/girl has several short term partners and the odd time gets it without a condom, we all know the chances of them having a screen done is nothing compared to the porn stars sexual health.

Im just trying to say hopefully this will also encourage safe sex and maybe in the long run it could help reduce the high birth rate for teens.

Seriously, i'm not sure you've thought this through.

Lads who see dudes wearing johnnies are not gonna all of a sudden want to use one.

Porn stars are not footballers. Johnnies are not Nikes (although, i'm surprised they haven't launched condoms yet).

    it doesn't work like that!

Oops, I meant sex without condoms is better, and that's why couples do it.

    They already have the slogan.

Surely Health and Safety in the workplace laws cover this?

It's not the biggest issue I'd have with porn, I just see it sometimes as degrading, it wouldn't be my preference, but im not 100% against it. I think porn all revolves around how the woman is almost an object to feed the mans appetite, when really it should sometimes be based around what he can do for the woman, not solely based on her pleasing him, while pretending that her giving him oral is almost making her orgasm.

Definitely. Porn is what causes teenage pregnancy, alright.

    Well that's that issue sorted.

I wonder if it'll be as effective as banning smoking/cigarette advertisements though? It's great now that no one in the world smokes anymore, but I just wonder if this porn move will have the same success?!

In my time I have found many women who love to act out similar scenes to porn movies. The suggestion of that other person that a consensual act is degrading is nonsensical.

To an extent, yes I do think so.

But I don't think condom wearing will obliterate LA porn. They still have the professionalism and skills and the polished production that you don't get elsewhere to the same extent (am I really typing this? I think people know what I mean).
but from knowing lads who see porn as how sex really is, they seem let down when your not singing like a soprano, it creates a false expectation and they dont realise the risks involved and it is better without, but if the lad/girl has several short term partners and the odd time gets it without a condom, we all know the chances of them having a screen done is nothing compared to the porn stars sexual health.
Yeah, I think it might lower expectations for some, perhaps. But I think it's just a small minority who see porn as representative of how sex really is; and that latter camp will always come across unprotected porn anyway (no pun intended).
Im just trying to say hopefully this will also encourage safe sex and maybe in the long run it could help reduce the high birth rate for teens.
Hopefully yes, I wouldn't disagree with you there. That's a very worthy aspiration.

I agree to a certain extent, but if porn stars are going to use condoms properly, including oral etc. It will have a knock on effect throughout the movie.

I know its not going to change the world, but if it makes porn a little more realistic maybe it will change the attitude of even a handful of lads. It will lower the expectations they gave from women too.

Im not talking about the experienced man, but lads that are learning about sexuality and safe sex.

I've never been to Thailand etc . I'm talking about real ordinary regular women and I stayed friends with many of them for a very long time as they knew I'm just a nice lack back guy who respects them for who they are and appreciates and values the time we spent together. Of course people with emotional problems and problems relating to others maturely will think sex is degrading unless it's performed within some extremely narrow usually religious ''comfort blanket'' terms of reference. Theres a reason why neurotic men don't score. Women don't trust them and their sensitive insecure egos are too selfish and self obsessed.

Who are these religious people you speak of?

What do you mean by degrading? What does it actually mean?
