Hello

I used to be a member of sportsco gym a couple of years ago. I know they have a brand new setup now.

In regard to the gym, do they have an olympic bench press yet ?? ( or is it still just the smith machine ? )

Sorry, I can't answer your question, but do you remember what the membership cost? I never heard of the place before now but it's right around the corner from where I work so would be interested in joining.

Afaik, membership is fairly extortionate and there's a massive joining fee too. That could've changed in the last couple of years though.

Unfortunately it has not changed, still a rip off and if your any way serious about your training then its not for you:)

so does that mean, they still have no olympic bench press ?

Last time i was there was November and i didnt see one, unless they have it hidden, smith machine any use to ya?
