Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They seem like a nice couple, the decor is awful but there is a homely feel to the place and I'd say that you get a good breakfast in that B&B!

There are a huge number of vacant holiday homes in Courtown and the surrounding area, and falling visitor numbers. There isn't much potential for old Guesthouses.

John Brennan was on the money saying it might not be worth spending a lot to chase a diminishing market.

(Although that wouldn't really make for much of a programme)

A nice bright red door would have livened the exterior up.

Just needs a big update, looks like a nice spot once its updated a bit. Its the colours that kill it , and the old style floral pattern bedclothes

    I agree Amdublin :)

Their website is really disappointing, it is in serious need of a revamp too. They should have updated it, they would have known that people would log to have look during or after the show.

Francis on the zip line was hilarious. He screamed like a girl!

    Loved the shutters!

The place was spotless. I hope they do well after the changes.

Tonight John & Francis Brennan visit The Strand Inn, Dunmore East, to help a brother and sister duo with their business. :)

He was on with Mooney during the week Twirly, said that a room in Kenmare had cost €606 :eek: in the good times, but that now they were doing a "special" room rate of €285
