No huddle has killed Denver. They just look mentally and physically shattered from the effort they put in last week too.

dont know how you can say after 1 and a bit quarter that they are physically shattered from last week. if it was at teh end maybe, but if they cant recover in the playoffs for the first quarter of the next game I'd be shocked.

Zero pressure on Brady aswell, they need to put some heat on him

Johnson Wagner sinks a 3O foot eagle to fill an accum.....$675 for me...:D

If this becomes now another stroll into the endzone for NE,I think we can knock this one on the head.

Why don't Denver just try what they were doing so successfully last week and let Tebow throw the ball? They're getting no luck at all running it.

Brady to Branch, TD Patriots. Just love saying that.:D

    Stunning throw....

    Damage control now for denver

beautiful hookup there. I was just thinking that Denver should have considered going for it on 4th and 8. The Colquitt punts 38 yards and Brady tosses it to Branch.

Well he's left time on the clock for Tebow to lead Denver to a score!

Because the Pats arent leaving their DBs one on one with the Denver WR. And we are not committing our safeties early to the run the way the Steelers did.

I mean Brady is literally taking the snap, dropping back, planting his feet and waiting. No need to reajust or shuffle. Then releasing another arrow.

    Nice one, cheers.

when other teams see one on one coverage for their wr's it;s normally the cue to toss it up to them. I wasn't a big fan of Brandon Marshall, but he was great at going up to get balls.

Can't wait for peoples excuses about Tebow and the Broncos after this!

personally, I wouldnt be looking for excuses. he got them to the playoffs, and they won a playoff game against a decent team. its been a good year. his throwing motion is so laboured, its easy to see that. I wouldnt be hard on him after this game.

I can't understand why they didn't try to run for it on 3rd and 5. If you make it great, if you don't force NE to use their final TO. You could even consider going for it on 4th and short with the wind.

Instead, boot it back 30 yards to Brady and co with over 1 minute and a timeout?

Ah sure he's just showing off now.

I don't think it would have mattered if he threw for 300 and ran for 100. NE waaay too good for the Denver D.

Bruschi has it right. It's definitely been a good year regardless.

This reminds me of the Mike Shanahan teams v Indy in the playoffs. Manning just drove up and down the field at will against them.

Woohoohoo Gronk again. This could get really ugly. Patriots looking fantastic on both sides of the ball tonight.:)

18/25 246 yds 5td 1int -look at that stat line. I don't think Denver laid a hand on him either.
off to watch ufc 142 methinks.

I don't think they will make excuses.

The fact is they exceeded expectations this season by making the playoffs despite having an awful start and beating one of the favourites for the Super Bowl in the process to finish as basically the 7th/8th best team in the NFL is a cracking achievement for them.

There's no shame in admitting they've come up against a team better than them and lost tonight, especially a team led by one of the best QB's ever to play the game.

Fair play to Tebow, he helped play a big part in getting them to this stage, as did other members of the squad too, but as we all know QB's get more recognition.

No excuses for them, they've been beaten by a better team tonight, have exceeded all expectations, and it'll be interesting to see what they do in the off-season with regards to the squad and how they do on the field with Tebow as a starter for a full season.

Gronkowski is 9/2 with PP for 1st 2nd half touchdown.

We've had our 2nd Q blues again, but I think it's more than that tho, as eagle eye has pointed out, the Pats are firing on all cylinders.

This is why division winners shouldn't automatically get home games in the wildcard round.

Eh? That has nothing to do with this. The Broncos earned their place in this game, whether people like it or not.

The Steelers are a better team, you should have the best teams playing at this stage. But because of a quirk in the divisional system, worse teams can get home advantage.
