    This compliant is nonsense, I've been a happy customer with 3 / PC World / Eircom / Vodafone / O2 / CIE and I've NEVER, EVER, had the experience that the poster is complaining about.

    I've never had to use customer support but they have great customer support and really friendly.

    Unlike some others, I have no problem being corrected. :D

    There is a difference, however, between typos and poor syntax/grammar. ;)

    If it's true then it's cynical and manipulative for a company to ban internet access for employees except for a discussion forum for posing as normal users but with an agenda of countering negative publicity. Shills is the word no ? It's the sort of thing pro-Israeli lobby and advocacy groups do. Name and shame ! Boards admins should seriously look into this development imo.

    OP, I understand you can't mention the name of the company, but could you point us in the direction of some examples on Boards of your colleagues counteracting bad publicity, so we can discover it ourselves?
