18 hours sober. God knows how long after rag week last year, whatever time i got home at in the late morning/early afternoon I missed the whole day and most of the next day before getting up :P

Then again I could sleep 12-14 hours on any given night if I have no reason to get up

With jet lag or after and all nighter or two, I could easily sleep up to 18 hours.

But if you wake up at a different time, in a different place, could you wake up as a different person?

I don't normally sleep much (5 hours a night, tops, about 40 minutes of hibernation on the bus some days on top of that), but I crash every two weeks or so and sleep for anywhere between 14 and 18 hours in one session

1am - 17:30pm so over 16 hours. Worst thing was that I didnt have an excuse to sleep for so long, I had a grand nights sleep the previous night.

Last night I went to bed at 1:30am and woke up today at 2pm.

    6 Months in total.

I was in a job for a year that was actually was work, bed, work, bed, work... and on.
I genuinely can't remember much of that year! Half of it was pure sleep.

On one straight sleep? Three and a half days.

Slept from 12am to 8pm last week. Was trying to fix my sleeping pattern so instead of going to bed at the usual time of 6am, I decided to wait til the following night. Needless to say, I'm still nocturnal

I was drugged by so called friends.
When I woke up and got my head together, they were no longer friends and one was fired there after!

Similar thing happened to me once. I think it was 26 hrs or something like that. Was completely mental anyway. I can easily sleep for 16hrs if I'm comfortable and have fug all else to do.

Around 23 hours after St. Patricks Day a few years ago, 3 days of heavy drinking and very little sleep, got home and went to bed at around 8PM, woke up the next day around 7PM.

Edit: Forgot to mention I've been told I sleep too much sometimes, any time I have off college I usually sleep 11-12 hours a night if I've got nothing to do the next day..

In college, after pulling three all-nighters in a row getting my dissertation submitted on time, I slept for something like 20 hours. I basically slept through an entire day.

With jet lag, I've slept for about 16-17 hours.

I need a lot of sleep. I need a minimum of 7 hours and can easily sleep for 10 hours if I don't have to get up for something.
