One on my left eye when I got bit by a dog when I was 8
One fairly large one on my knee when I jumped into a swimming pool without realizing how shallow it was
One massive one(from the top of my wrist to my elbow) when I tried to commit suicide last March
Uncountable large and small ones all over my arms, chest, and thighs.

I did date a girl who had one that she was quite conscious about, give where it was, never bothered me though, I thought it was kinda sexy.

It's called a vagina. Most girls have them.

I got a scar across my cheek and nose from being glassed in the face.

I'm older now and hate it with a passion. When people ask me now I tell them I was hit by the boom while out sailing with the chaps...

The length of my ear where half it got cut off when using a window sill to break my fall

Smaller one on side of my forehead when using the corner of a pillar on that one

Messy scar on left arm from a deep cut when skiing, the stitches split and never went to the doc.

Two little ones on the same arm that were my only injury from a car crash. Got them climbing out of the drivers side window

If they all happened in the last year I'd say my life was interesting

    Have several scars:
    • tummy scar from appendix removal
    • long tummy scar, neck scar, shoulderblade scar from oesophagus removal - also scar on nose from where I had a feeding tube tied on.
    • scar from c-sections, not noticable
I have only had people stare at the back scar, I consider it a cancer survivor scar so it is their loss.

One on my index finger from when I sawed through it in secondary school.

All the knuckles on my right hand are scarred from when I accidentally punched the jagged edge of something in my cars engine bay(stupid story).

DOESN'T IT LOOK LIKE A FACE!?

    you had your oesophagus removed?
Yes, in a very long operation - they resewed my stomach up as a replacement (my stomach starts at my neck), my capacity is limited but I am still alive.

I've only one major scar on my forehead from my splitting my head open when I was a kid. Its on the side, bout 7 inches and goes into my hairline so not majorly noticeable, until I get a tan and it stays bright white :o Still really hurts me when I get very cold-its like a genuine Harry Potter scar.

Yes, it is akward when I am out as I can not eat much. My husband has crohns and has the same tummy scar as me so we are well matched :)

Nothing much, upper left shoulderblade from a heart operation, elbow from going through a window, shin from landing on a wall and innumerable scars on my cock. In fact my cock is one big mass of scar tissue from operations. The girlfriend seems to like it though.

6 inch scar from where my knee cap was removed, 2inch scar up near my groin where the metal rod was inserted into my femur. J-shaped scar on the outer part of my thigh where aforementioned femur snapped and came out the side of my leg. Lots of 5-10mm scars on my arms where I tried to protect myself from the windscreen. Scar on upper lip where my lip burst open after unsuccesfully stopping the windscreen.

All from one car crash. Remember to drive safe y'all.

Jaysus, I feel weak after reading that.

Have a scar just above my cheek/under my right eye. Never got it stitched so the wound never closed so its a red line. Wouldnt mind if it was my skin colour but the redness makes it look like I was cut last week:(

Mary Ellen Moffat, broke my heart.

Some of you folks have been through some rough times. And some windscreens. Glad yer all still here.

Scar from my hairline down middle of my forehead and across through my eyebrow out to my hairline over my ear. Connected with the windscreen in a carcrash....seatbelt saved me. Broke all ribs and lungs collapsed. It has faded over the years and doesn't bother me one bit. Because I'm not conscious of it at this stage, I don't notice if people are noticing it! One on inside of ankle when fell after holy communion - my first stitches!!

I have one above my collar bone. A piece of coal burst in the fire and hit me in the neck. I forget its there until someone mentions it.

They can be attractive, trophies of a life less ordinary, makes people look very interesting. I'v always thought body art scarring can look quite good too in moderation.

Personal taste I suppose, I'd much perfer genuine features with all the scars and imperfections that comes with it to fake boobs, barbie blond hair and a mac'personality

I have a C Section scar just below my bikini line.. doesn't bother me in the least.. I'm actually strangely proud of it :D

Have a very tiny scar under my left eye where my doggy bit me when I was about 5.. again, doesn't bother me, reminds me of the little sh1te :p wasn't his finest moment but he was a good doggy overall.

    That's about it.

scar on the flap of skin between my index finger and thumb from somebody left a nonec glass into a guiness glass. when i lifted the nonec out, the guiness glass shattered/exploded in my left hand. rang new year 2007 getting my hand bandaged by a nurse.

3 inch scar on the inside of my left leg from attempting to climb over a barbed wire fence when i was maybe 7 or so. only really visibl with a tan though - didn't realise how long it was till i went over the the states for the summer.

    so nothing spectacular.

Forgot I have a small piece of lead (graphite really) embedded in my one of my middle fingers. I got to sit next to some mental fella in primary school and he stabbed a sharp pencil into me. It didn't really hurt at the time. Now it's just a grey dot under my skin that will forever remind me of that prick. Kicked him in the balls once though. Good times.

I have a burn scar from my collarbone almost to my nipple on my left breast from where i pulled a cup of tea down on myself as a kid. It left awful scarring which i was VERY conscious about while i was growing up, but it doesn't really bother me now.

I'm also missing some eyelashes from my bottom right eyelid as i had laser treatment when a baby to remove a dangerous cyst...

Other than those i have plenty of small ones from dog bites, some abdominal surgeries, skin biopsies, and other surgeries.....

Knuckles on both hands are scared from hitting people.

I've two long scars on my left hand from a broken bottle.

A few on my head from bricks and other crap.

Scald on my chest from a kettle of boiling water.

Erm, I've a scar on my thumb from a tin can lid, one on my knee from a failed jump over barbed wire and one (that's fading thankfully) on my arse from falling off a horse and landing on the jump wings.

    That's about it really.

How long do you have it for ?
I had one or two that were very red and noticable but after a few years they are back to normal.

If it annoys you, get laser done on it, they can do bigger patches than just a scar. Knew someone that had it done, worked well.
