I've forgotten how hard it is to feign being sick. Why did I take those darn panadol tablets earlier? :( I at least could've had a real headache :P

Haha at all of you and your loner party. I, on the other hand, shall be going to my grandparents' for a fun-filled night of watching Jools Holland and maybe even a game of charades!

On second thought, can I stay here with you guys? :o:pac:
Sounds a bit like my evening tbh. All the relatives are over, and the house is far too noisy. I had no intention of going out tonight anyway, but being able to have some peace and quiet would have been nice.

    Woo! Loner party! :)

I asked a couple people if they were going out and some said no, there were some who didn't reply and the rest are going to Cork which is awkward to get to when you're living in the countryside so I'm staying put...

    *parties*

The sad moment when you realise you don't really like and can't trust the majority of your "friends".

    *brings keg*

I was meant to be babysitting tonight but got cancelled on, so I suppose I don't feel too awful about not doing anything. Realistically I wouldn't be doing much anyway, what with being underage and all that...like there's one thing I could've gone to tonight and I kind of dismissed that as sure to be a bit dull as only a handful of people I know are going (yes, my new year's resolution for 2012 is to stop writing events off as boring but I have three hours left!).

So, looks like I'll be ringing in the year with Jools Holland. I suppose there are worse ways to ring in the new year...the days when we only had four channels. *shudder*

Oh, and this WILL be my last New Years spent at home. Next year I am going out, it is going to happen, even if I have to spend all of next year learning the trade of forgery and making my own ID...

Yeah, I'll probably be here next year... :p

I'm not doing anything either :(

Watching Rocky Horror at the minute :pac:

Next Year I'm definitely doing something!

I assure you, there are - my dad's insisted on subjecting everyone to his home movies (with my mother having some part in the filming). I think I've seen enough awkward scenes stemming from shoddy camera work to last me a few lifetimes :P

I don't think I'll even bother watching the countdown to be honest...

Right, next year I will not be here..... I shall make it my goal to actuallly make some friends during the year!

On the upside, I have three hours of Biffy Clyro in my iTunes, so that's how I'm finishing off the year. :)

Thankfully, I wasn't around when anyone of these videos were recorded :P

RTE have some sort of New Years special, with Crystal Swing, Jedward and the High Kings. Are they trying to make people feel even worse about the fact they're in watching tv tonight?

Alternatively, you could ask me questions in the playpen. I'm aiming for 3 pages before 2012

work was soooooooooooooo hectic. God damn people ordering take aways on new years..
And my friend convinced me last night to rush out after work into town for New Year's if possible but I'm so damn tired :(

Why do I get so paranoid about things? Someone texts me saying "____ says hello" and I instantly think they're having a rant about why I didn't go out. :(

The bane of my life. I'm convinced the rumour that they've designed it to run badly on Windows machines to make Apple look good is true.

I use a thingy called SharePod. Basically does the exact same thing as iTunes, only allows you a bit of freedom and doesn't run as slowly.

I rang in the new year surrounded by total strangers, standing at a bar, waiting 10 minutes to be served a pint.

On the bright side, 2012 can now only get better!

You should do what I do and spend all your money on expensive computer parts so you don't have to worry about anything being slow or running crap, ever.

I hate the fact that my main girl friends are taking pills and stuff on nights out, like every weekend. I know its their choice but I really don't like it.its stuff like that, which make me avoid house parties with their new group of lad mates.all the lads take em which is why 4 out of the 5 girls have tried them.it really freaks me out.I feel bad for not wanting to head out with them but its just something I want to avoid.one seems to have copped on but the other three are doing it regularly.it sounds stupid but it acctually upsets me.

Never a dull fracking moment... My best friends boyfriend got his nose burst open by some w**ker from around town. Dampner on what was otherwise a great night.

Its not stupid at all to be upset about it. Ive been in plenty of situations where i have been offered pills. Would never ever in a million years consider it but two of my friends take them the odd time. It scares me. I feel like my friends are really headed down the wrong path. First alcohol - fine, then weed, then pills, what next?
