What is the difference between Tesco Omega 3 pure fish oil capsule 1000mg and other brands They have EPA 180mg and DHA 120 mg. Is that low or good?They were around 1.70. Is there a difference or is it just paying for label in other brands Edit I see it gets the best budget buy here 5.17 stg! Only 1.70 euro here

£5.17 is the price per month if you take enough of them to supply 1g of DHA+EPA. The article says a €1.70 bottle provides 9 days supply. I've bought this in the past, it has a higher proportion of omega 3 to other fats and is pretty cheap, though I don't know if it's the cheapest option any more.
