    Each moderator gets a hot poster assigned to them,who they can call anytime. Why get paid when you can get laid?

    You guys don't get paid here ??? We used to get paid on P45. Only €25 a week, but since you spent most of your time there it didn't make any difference.

    Boards mods are not the best in the business. The sort of person who likes to volunteer their time for a commerical operation.

    I fear the days of amateur (and I mean that in every sense of the word:p) mods will soon be a relic of the past.

    Professional-era moderation with highly paid mercenaries swapping between 'Celebrity & Showbiz, Pro-Wrestling, Political Debate, Dental, etc., is the way forward :(

    I reckon with the permanent members of staff, the hosting costs and the coke and hookers fund there isn't as much left over as people imagine.
