The bins fill up mighty quick in there. Have you seen the size of the bins compared to the numbers of people that are in there every day? The place can be messy alright

My eyes are burning! UGH why am i so stupid!

Stupid stupid assignment! Woke up at 10.30 this morning cause my friend was going home after staying at mine. Hungover me started doing the rest of my assignment that i had thought wasnt due til 5. Had this niggling feeling about the time so i double checked it. 12.00pm!! :eek: Had a major freak out and wrote the other 600 words, formatted and cited it there in about an hour.

Why didn't I listen to Cydoniac last night! :rolleyes: Oh well, panic over now! :pac:

Only one free hour that the Mac lab in CSIS is open, and what happens? BAM! Someone decides to use the time to hold presentations. This could cost me my module.

nope there 171 euro per exam last year. one of the lads failed four last year. passed the repeats and then dropped out after 4 weeks of second year

Ah it's ok, have a laptop. Don't bring it in though because heard all about thefts in the library.

Thefts.... wouldn't get that in CSIS! :pac: Once left my Ipod headphones in a lab for an entire day and they were still there when I got back.... Another time left my laptop and phone on the desk when going to the cafe to grab a sandwich, got distracted in a conversation and didn't get back for 2 hours.

Back on topic:

Really wish Dromroe shop was open at the weekends...and really wish it stayed open until 10 like the main one....

In first year I left my laptop unattended in the library for about 2 hours. When I came back it wasn't even touched.

Then in 2nd year I dashed out to the bathroom for a second to answer a phonecall. Whn I came back my iPod had been snatched.

Sometimes it's all about luck. Be careful. $:\$

I'd say that's pretty much unheard of in CSIS, probably because there isn't as big a volume of students in there as there is in the library. Sure, we get law students in there sometimes, but that would be the height of it, and they wouldn't be the students to be going around stealing stuff.

Fair enough, but it's best not to make a habit of leaving stuff around like that too much. You never know, sure.
