Well I did that in August 2010. Sent an email to mysky@bskyb.com and it was accepted.

Did they reply to to you Kristopherus?

I emailed a week ago cancelling and I have not heard anything back from them.

I did say in the letter to please respond and confirm the cancellation to me within 7 days.

Yea, they did, saying how sorry they were to lose me etc.:rolleyes:I now get letters from them every 2 months asking me back and offering me any package for half price for 12 months:D. Cannot remember how long it took them to reply. I've deleted all my old emails so cannot check:(.
