Why don't Irish people have a table in the living room area? She said its commonplace back home.I told her some do but she has yet to see one.
So do you have a table on front of your sofa?
She says it to all the lads OP, it's a sales scam. She's actually Swedish.

    Why yes!

But then again my living room is also my dining room and kitchen.

I also have a table in my bed room which is standing on 3 legs (it was an ikea table I took apart, broke in the process so pinned it back together successfully of course!)

When I was having a foursome with my czech, slovak and colombian girlfriends, they commented that Irish don't usually remove their shoes when entering a house.

    That was a weird foursome.

these girlfriends of yours ? how many Irish have they had ?

Having been on a wine training course with work yesterday, may I recommend a nice bottle of Prosecco with a side serving of peach slices. Really really nice. Or use Prosecco and have a nice Bellini :)

My ex - Peruvian girlfriend use to say my wooden coffee table would make a fine set of pan pipes . Then when I got rid of it for a glass one she left me for a Dutchman who made clogs :(
