Just curious but does anyone know what exact evidence the FA are using to charge Suarez with? By this I mean, is it audio, video, or witness testimonial based.

    Nobody knows.

It will be interesting if he is found not guilty - will that add credence to the fact that Evra was búll****ting in the first place?
I love watching him play, that ain't going to change!

Firstly if he is found not guilty it will be due to a lack of evidence which does not make Evra a liar.

And if Suarez is found guilty something will change, he won't be playing!!!!

Look at the night the story broke, look at the few days after and look at the volume of sh*te being spouted and compare that to how that volune of sh*te has decreased markedly since it emerged that he ws going with the "Negro" defence and has been charged. The evidence is there before your eyes in black and white you don't need me to guide you through it.

beside the point in anyways .

its been surprisingly quiet in here from both sides so your argument goes for both sets of supporters .

That tends to happen as further information comes out. People change opinions as more information comes out.

If Suarez is found guilty and penalised here, based on what is currently in the public domain, then the FA are going down a seriously, seriously dangerous road .

In an effort to get players sent off or suspended, devious players will, after the first verbal altercation in a game, start running to the referee and complain that he was verbally insulted by the perpetrator - claiming that he interpreted the insult to be an affront to his family status, nationality, sexual orientation or whatever.

"B*stard" is funny to a player of one ethnic background, but may be a severe insult to the family status of another player from the same (or other) background.

    "K**cker" ditto.

"Queer" has numerous interpretations, some insulting, some not insulting.

I look forward to the FA outlining their definition of what are, and what are not, acceptable insults.

Well if he is found not guilty, I think it further suggests that Evra was making shít up. All those players, officials, microphones and 1 or 2 cameras:rolleyes: picked up nothing????

If he is found not guilty I think Evra should be charged by the FA for making shít up - chances of that happening? Zero

I don't think he's guilty, but if he is, he'll serve his suspension, pay his fine and come back moe eager and hated ( by opposing fans)than ever .before......

The FA have made a potential rod for their own back. No publicly known evidence has been put forward to back up a claim so they better have something or this will end in a court with Suarez suing for slander or libel depending on whether he thinks Evra (for making his claim on French TV) or the FA (publishing a document containing an accusation of racist language by Luis) should cop it first.

Or maybe, just maybe it will eliminate the verbal altercations and handbags that occur in football!!!

The FA should charge whoever broke the Quote function tbh.

    I would say Yes

If it's a single charge then surely the penalty for abusive language not racist can't be the same as the penalty for using racist language. The fa have made a horses ball of this, if there is evidence to review, the fa should have said.

We cannot claim there has been a mess up yet until the case hearing and we see what happens.
Nothing in football is ever straight forward and this just proves it tbh.

Jaysus lad, no harm to you, but you take an unhealthy interest in RAWK and Liverpool matters for a United fan.

Not really, had a quick look at quotes from RAWK which were posted on Red Cafe.

The pic was just for a laugh.

Half my mates are United fans, the other half Liverpool so can't avoid it really. Can lead to some heated debates when we all get together.

Suarez is lying. This admission shows he was being racist and is now adopting the "cultural differences" escape. Unfortunately for Suarez that doesnt really add up. He has shown his ignorance.

And even if the reasoning given isnt complete sh1te, where is the common decency to apologise for the misunderstanding? At the very least he has offended someone and should apologise for his ignorance.

Liverpool and Dalglish have a fair bit to be sheepish about in all this.

The above post of mine from last week was quoted and pilloried by a few people. How delightful

What by the FA , still 100% behind him.

Whatever muppet needs a serious dose of cop on. Just wow.

You'd be fully behind someone found guilty of racism? The fúckwittery of some football fans is beyond belief. Is it any wonder the game is the way it is at the minute.

This goes beyond picking sides 'oh he's one of ours' bullshít. If this was Wayne Rooney against Glen Johnson, I wouldn't be as stupid to comment and defend my player to the hilt without knowing any evidence either way. Use some common sense. Racism is bigger than football and if it isn't then it's not a game I want to be supporting. Just like I won't slate Suarez or label him a racist without the FA Investigation - neither should Pool fans deny everything out of hand until it's settled.

I'd be curious to know where do you draw your lines with regard to moral judgements on Man Utd players ?

Was it acceptable behaviour that Cantona kicked that fan ?

Was it acceptable behaviour that Ferdinand deliberately missed a drugs test and then lied about it ?

Was it acceptable behaviour that Roy Keane admitted to trying to break Inge-Haaland's leg ?

Racism is unacceptable, but so are many many other things that footballers do, yet we continue to support them in most instances.

I did you said Suarez was lieing, you have no proof of this, how do you know Suarez never approached evra afterwards. If he is such a liar why not stay quiet and hope it all blows over.
