Not to sure if this is the right place to ask so sorry to mods if it is :(

But I have been reading up on this diet today and it sounds pretty straight forward and easy (while excerising too). Just one thing....

It says to graze on nuts and seeds fruit(not dried) etc through out the day and I was hoping somone on here could recommend some good shops to stock up on non-salted nuts and stuff in Dublin city centre?

Also would a friendly city centre butcher be the best place to buy organic meets and fish or is there other shops that I could go to that dont break the bank?

    Thanks!

Anyone interested in the diet can read up on it http://www.cavemanpower.com/food/caveman_power_diet.html but its been around since the 70's so I think nearly everyone has heard of it at this stage ;)

try the asian shops for nuts - i've found they are generally cheaper than supermarkets or health food shops

You can get bags of mixed nuts in Aldi fairly cheap.
