I'm using the washing machine in my apartment for the first time. I've been told not to. I don't know if it works properly or not. Why am I so stupid? If this floods the place I'm dead.....

Same, my nose is annoying me too, the lemsip seems to have perked me up so I'm heading into college now.

I ended up flooding the place the first time I used the washing machine. I suggest newspaper, and lots of it. In hindsight, a mop might have worked too.

It's pretty damn hard to break your phone if you just follow all the instructions. Hacking it's worth it in the end.

Totally true. There are apps out there that do all the work for you, literally one button press to root.

Today has been fun...not! Bed ridden and missing out on what will probably be an awesome class party :o

I wish it was more socially acceptable to drink Baileys.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,009 ✭✭✭✭wnolan1992

I burned my last bag of popcorn. I went to the vending machine to get a bar of chocolate and a can of coke, I got a can of coke, and then another can which got stuck in the chute, burst, and sprayed me with coke in the face. :( F*ck the vending machines in UL student villages, seriously.

You've just reminded me I bought a bottle of baileys months ago in tesco for a tenner, just cos it was on offer. I must check that it hasn't been robbed.

I think we should have a baileys appreciation thread.

Or party, where we all have to wear top hats and monacles!

I can't be the only one who feels fancy when I'm drinking it?

You can make the experience even fancier by drinking it from a brandy glass.

Pfft, there's no other way to drink baileys. It simply must be out of a brandy glass with ice. One can't drink baileys out of any old cup.

Amateurs. I bricked my original G1 by flashing the wrong radio before we even had your fandagly CWM.
    Terminal rooting ftw

I have no idea what to do with myself today. Sometimes I fantasise about living in a place where I could be like 'I'm bored' and knock on one of a variety of friends doors and not be bored anymore. That'd be pretty sweet. And I keep waking up at ridiculously early times (wide awake at seven this morning, ffs) so I have run out of things to do (I miss my laptop :() for the day. Grrrrrrr I want to get away from here and live in a land of fun neighbours, a land where pizza deliveries are commonplace...a land of hope and prosperity. :(

Might actually open my school bag and try find something productive to do with my time. Or just sit here and contemplate life, that works too. On the plus side, I do actually have fun stuff to do for the rest of the week as long as my plans hold up but today I am bored and therefore today sucks.

Stress of my LIFE. My posts in this thread alone are proof that I never change. FML.

    Dear MavisDavis,

Please cop the fúck on and do essays on time. Oh, do your other work too.

    Cheers,

I'm the same, except it's my head. Had to ditch a two hour lab at 4pm because my head felt as though it was going to split down the middle...this has been happening on and off for the past three weeks, and I'm getting rather sick of it.
