Downloaded one called iwatchEr and it's ****e!

I downloaded both and iWatchr is much better. I use it all the time. It's the only tracker I use. Has a pp calculator and an AP calculator. I find it a godsend!

it is worth trying. it's VERY filling :D and always handy to have as an instant meal in the press. lovely in salad :D

Oh sweet Jesus....Halloween has been evil :O I feel so sick and bloated now!
blaaaah didnt even eat that much but it was all the wrong stuff!

Top it all off mum took me out for indian or lunch!

But you know what i think it was the "final send off" for the crappy eating last few weeks!

Just ordered a pair of riding boots! First step to getting back in the saddle. Alarm set for the morning! I have chicken out deforsting for dinner and lunch :) Making double lunch tomorrow so it'll do me for two days.

Like the level of crappiness i'm feeling now....just proves how junk food just SO isn't worth it...yeah it was delicious and nice to chill out with some treats and be "Bold"

The rain put some of the kids that normally call to the door off so we have some sweets left in the bowl. I haven't had anything so far, think I'm going to ask my husband to hide it. There are love hearts in there and I can't point them (no info on the pack). I looovvee sherbet.

I decided this week that I would make sure to eat at least my 29 every day. The last 4 weeks I had some days where I was 4-5 points below that. It seems to be working but I'm not counting my chickens until Wednesday. I'm also concentrating on not letting myself get hungry.

watching discovery real time, FREAKY EATERS US.

Its about a woman who uses sugar and junk as a crutch...that she's crippling lonely and shy. She doesn't know how to socialise anymore and uses sugar to cheer her self up, and thinks if she's seen eating sugar and making cookies for everyone ppl wont know how sad she is.

wow its scary how much im relating to it :(

Was away 4the weekend from fri till sun, there was a bit of drama over the weekend and from the stress of it all it actually helped me food wise, granted i didnt make great choices, but i just didnt really feel like eating as much as i normally would when im away and had a little sneaky peak on the scales this morn (got a new 1 yesterday and couldnt wait 2stand up on it!!!how sad am i!!!) but anywho it says im down almost 2lb!!!woopwoop

Being halloween yesterday i ment 2post this yesterday as i was makin it but got distracted.....i made the most gourge soup.....thai green curry and pumpkin soup!!! Used 1medium pumpkin,2onions and 2tbsp of thai green curry paste which is 1pp per tbsp. Let them saute 4a few mins then covered with water and left to simmer and then blitz!!the smell was amazin waftin thro the house and i got an absolutly huge ammount, more than double the quantity i would normally make so stil reckon its 0pp as the curry paste was so diluted in such a large quantity! I cant wait 2 tuck in2 a bowl 4my lunch!!!

So far i've had a crazy busy day :) but also a crazy good day food wise :D
:D Just ordered pair of riding boots :) woot! all i need now is get the nerve to ask my aunt if I can ride one of the horses...she's a very judgemental condisending person when it comes to my weight loss (or lack there of) so its going to take alot for me to ask.

I need something to get me out of the house! Fresh air! even if its freezing cold fresh air LOL.

Right....off for a much needed shower! I smell of wet dog (from grooming) and olbas oil (from the kitten)

Hi all, mind if I join you here. I should be at my 3rd meeting now but had such a bad weekend with all the halloween stuff that I can't face it. Haven't really got into this time (I'm a serial WW!). Started afresh this morning and started the C25K too so hoping the combination will work for me this time. Looking forward to chatting, it seems like a very supportive group :)

Hi, even if you have bad week you should still try to go to your meeting, as i find great motivation from them and really need them, if you did bad you can always work on it for next week - but you never know, it mite not be as bad as you think.

    what is the C25K?

Oh my god!!!! I only went and lost a half pound today!!!! That leaves me with 1 pound to goal.... On the plus side it's my first stone off:) I don't think I ever stuck with it long enough to earn 2 silver 7's before:)

I know you're right about the meeting messers.
C25K is the couch to 5km running program.
If I can work the two together I'll be very happy :)

Went to Wi last night and was up 3 pounds :(
the previous week I was down 2.5 pounds

I got to my goal a while ago but i keep going up and down and haven't reached it since. Ideally I want to be 7 pounds lighter than my goal so I am getting frustrated.

The first stone came off so easy, finding it difficult to get past that

But I am going to focus on the good stuff, I am getting my gold card next week and have lost 16 pounds so far. Need to keep thinking of that.
I made a load of that Butternut squash and red pepper soup last night so am hoping that will help and plan on going walking at least 4 days out of 7.

Has anyone any other suggestions to help motivate me?

Get an old picture of yourself pre WW and your WW card (the one you write your weight on) and stick it on your fridge.....always works for me. Sometimes you just need to have a good chat with yourself as well and remind yourself why you started on a WW journey and how far you have come. Even writing a list of what you want to achieve or what you have achieved so far! Sometimes you need to give yourself a pat on the back! Remind yourself that it s only you that can do it and if you just stop bothering you can easily undo all the hard work you put in and go right back to where you started and that just aint worth it!

I feel like a preacher after that :) I really should listen to myself sometimes

Does anyone know how to access the community recipes on the WW UK website? Looks much better than the Irish one.

I am a member of the uk site, but I've just logged out and I think you can still get access to some recipes - you just can't get in to the full list. You should be able to see some here http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/community/rcp/index.aspx

    Hi guys

I tried getting on the WW Irish website but it seems to be down.
I'm looking to join WW, I'd like to lose a stone that I gained after a recent breakup!

I'm just wondering how it works. When you go to the first meeting what happens? How much is it? Do they or WW decide how much weight needs to be lost?

    Thanks a mill!!
