    Considering this:
    Raw Wiki
Currently, the theme song for the Raw brand is "Burn It to the Ground" by Nickelback, which has been used for the brand since November 16, 2009.[29] Prior to this, the theme song for the Raw brand was "...To Be Loved" by Papa Roach, which had been used since October 9, 2006 and "Across The Nation" by The Union Underground which was used from April 1, 2002 to October 2, 2006. The rap outro of "Thorn In Your Eye" featuring Scott Ian of Anthrax was the theme song from 1998 to March 25, 2002.

The life span for Raw themes seem to be about 3-4 years and the current has only been used for just under 2 years, we could be hearing it for another year! :(

Well balls. The one of those I liked the most was probably "Across the Nation", followed by "...To be Loved".

God I love PW boards. Nicest guys on the planet :):)

My favourite is Thorn in Your Eye from the late 90s. Least favourite is the "oldschool RAW" 93 theme.

Glad Arsenal won that, 5-3 though phew. Chelsea were all over the shop at the back the scary part was that walking disaster David Luiz wasn't there either. Van Persie took his chances as they came, delighted that Terry fell flat on his face for the most important goal.

How long would it take to adapt a John Cena costume into a zombie Jimmy Saville?

I never got the Nickelback hate. I think they've been consistently good over the years.

I had no real qualms with them until I heard Rockstar blared out 2,034,778 times a day. Awful song.

I dont want to sound like a hipster, but i liked them before everyone else did.
and now, as an inevitable by product of that, i now cant listen to them. :pac:

Ha yea i still remember buying "How I Remind You" on single about 10 years ago and have been a fan of them since . I did kinda forget about them until i seen them at Bon Jovi and went out and bought the album "For All The Right Reasons" and was a brilliant album. Then when they released Rockstar which was the weakest song on the album i hated it due to being played as people have said every few seconds on radio/tv

They are a great band live. Saw them a few years back in the rds. Have all there CDs. But all the right reason is a good album. Really like that song side of a bullet. The last DVD they brought is a good watch but there are parts missing from the concert

Ufc are giving Diaz the title shot after pulping a disinterested BJ Penn and then claimed GSP faked a injury to avoid to fight Condit. GSP was apparently "livid" at this accusation despite appearing quite calm about it when shown on the camera. Can't help but feel the Ufc is doing this to whip up interest in future cards because of poor buyrates imo due to having too many events and diluting the quality of them. The event on over in England next week is a total eyeopener with the lack of names on the card. What do you expect when they have Dos Santos vs Velasquez a week later and another UFC card a week after that.

Was there too. Staind supporting were awesome but then Chad and the lads blew me away. One of the best live acts I've had the pleasure of seeing.

Yeah went to that Nickelback gig in the RDS a couple of years ago.

Went with a mate of mine who is a big fan and he persuaded me to go. Glad I did. I thought they were brilliant.

"Animals" to start off with was great.

Would anyone know how to connect a sky plus box to an existing dish to get multiroom on the cheap?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,263 ✭✭✭✭cena

You won't be able to record anything using the box unless your with sky already. Do a google. Have you the cables for the box and dish

They have a sky subby already, yeah.

I think that's were the cables come out of the dish. It's like a black box shape.

I hooked up a 2nd sky box before but -

You won't get multi room without a second card.

You won't be able to record anything with the 2nd box either unless it has a valid card.

Anyway - assuming you already have sky plus or HD, to get the UK free view stations

    You need -
    Spare out connection on LBN
    2 F type twist connections http://www.cyberselect.co.uk/products/F_connector_fitting.pdf-
    Satellite cable

You will need to run the coaxial cable (you can get a sattelite cable in likes of woodies) from the LNB (The black box as cena said) to the second sky box.

Do this first to check the length.

    Fit the F type connectors.

Connect one end of cable cable into sky box.

Put the other end into the LNB.

Plug in sky box and (hopefully) away you go.

Just be careful that the dish is secure as if you move it even slightly you could **** up your signal.

Also if ladders are involved take care.

May be a good idea to plug out the existing sky box - i'm not sure what electrical current (If any) goes between the box and dish.

Just back from a month in South America............. got 5 Raw's to catch up on, 4 Impacts, 2 WWE PPV's and TNA Bound for Glory, so that's my next week sorted :D

Gonna have to sacrifice Smackdown but I read Shawn Michaels was at one show so will have to watch that too.

Congrats CMpunked on becoming a mod, and Happy Birthday Dare_2_Defy.
