Its not a horrid strange...more of an aloofness....she is very otherworldly! Think she is fab, but say she is hard to get to know. I am not hating her, just making an observation!

When I started my first summer job as a teenager, my boss at the time gave me a copy of Fergal's book "Crowning the Customer", it is a brilliant book, the guy is a marketing genuis. His ideas are simple but unbelievably effective.
