the characters models look nice in that, ohhhh, cant wait, getting exciting now, been kinda meh about it up until recently, but now its getting to where you'er counting down the days rather than the weeks its gettin fun

dont care as long as tubes are nerfed and theres no commando/oma, I know which one I'd rather, also there are sniper only lobbies so the kiddies can do all their 720 noszk0pe3zS in those

Really think that the pro version of the flat jacket perk (blast shield) should be a stab proof vest. But it takes two or three stabs instead of being totally immune to it.

First person shooters for a long time have had instant or near instant death kills by knives etc since they've been around. I remember reading an article either online or in a magazine ages ago about it's origins. The original reason I think was to make players deliberately avoid close quarters and to rely on guns as the penalties for bringing a knife to a gun fight were so severe. In games like Unreal and CS with limited spawns per round you would be mad to favour knives but once multiple spawns became prevalent, there has been a rise of instant kills from their usage.

I've always wondered why they haven't tried using the button bash method that happens in single player in multiplayer where you're attacked by an enemy and you both struggle with each other, try make it a rock paper scissors mini game that can be interrupted by a team mate. Button bashing would probably be ruined by modded controllers or susceptible to favour the player with the better connection. So the mini game route would be fairer.

If you gonna take a knife to somebody, you should make sure its a proper stab deep in the chest, throat... and slashing someone in the leg/arm does not constitute that!!

There is alot of stupid unrealistic things in FPS type games but the knifing in COD is ridiculous.. thank god commando is gone!!

whats really ridiculous is the knifing animation with a tac knife, you run up and quickly tap someone, and thats mean to kill a guy wearing a full field kit and tac vest? it'd probably put a hole in his water canteen or leave him with a flesh would but kill him? piffle, the tac knife animation should be runnin up, grabbing the guy and knifing him with a 2-3 second animation cycle so you cant just run around shtabbing people all over the place.
