My friend had a small accident in Australia(his words). He was actually run over by a train. Dragged along the track for 30 metres. Spent 6 weeks in a coma. Had fractured skull, punctured lung, broken ribs, smashed ankle, broken legs & arms. Had his spleen removed and face rebuilt. Today you'd never know it happened to look at him. Has a bad short term memory though and a scar down his chest like a zip. Still a mad bastard though.

When I was about 11 my brother thought it would be a good idea to tie a skateboard to the back of a bike with a long rope, put me on the board and see how fast he could cycle. He went around a corner that had a lightpole on it and instead of me turning too i went straight into the pole. Knocked my top teeth out and my bottom ones went through my lip.
Another one with the same brother decided it would be fun to make me sit on a breadboard and push me down the stairs. Fun times.....,

I suffer from severe migraines and I've experienced nothing as painful so far.

7 years old and the brother punched me off a bed. Sheared my ear off on the windowsill of a hotel room. Too young to remember any pain.
