Well yes and no.....always used to spend a lot of time in London following Arsenal...so when in London I used to drink but back home I didn't really...just the odd glass of wine...somehow can't drink beer only Real ale...so was kind of easy

This is why I love boards. In those first ten posts my reaction went from vaguely amused, to curious, to genuinely touched. Openroad, it sounds like you've more than earned that night out. Have one on me at the chimes of midnight. Old Falstaff always enjoyed a jar of London's ale!

I went back on it after an 8 year stint a few years back when a sister of mine got married. I had circa 7 pints of Guinness and was like the proverbial boiled sh1te for about a day and a half after it.

It is actually a really nice bar...not like a Hotel one at all...though full of American Airlines crew
