How much was the jacket? (I absolutely love it!)

The jacket was 69, but I am an Arcadia employee so I got it for 51 or something, but I got it in the Galway shop and I think they do a promotion that the other shops don't do (not sure!) so I think it might be 89 euro everywhere else.

How are the shoes in real life, are they comfy, would they go with much, have been eyeing them up for a couple of weeks now!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 205 ✭✭MiniSquish

I would say try them on for a bit before ya buy them! I bought a 6, I used to be a 7 but I lost weight recently and my feet shrank too. The 6 was still a little bit too bigh though, which I only discovered when I was already out wearing them! They are comfortable though and they strike me as the kind of shoe you could wear all night without being in dire pain :)

This dress http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33057&storeId=12556&productId=3479700&langId=-1&sort_field=Relevance&categoryId=208523&parent_categoryId=203984&pageSize=20 Which looks a lot nicer in person. I'm fairly sure I'm going to wear it to my graduation. We have to wear black or white- formal dresses look horrendous on me and several searches for a good black dress I'd wear again have come up with nothing. The glitter on this dress is in fact black. Does anyone think it's totally inappropriate for graduation? The length is perfect by the way, very decent graduationy length.

Also lots of stuff in Penneys.

^ Love that dress! It's fab on. Definitely going to buy it eventually. And I think it would be lovely for a graduation :)

Do you mean these grey multi buckle boots? Are they very high? Are they comfortable? What Dunnes did you get them in? Sorry for all the questions, but they gorgeous and my local Dunnes doesn't have them in :(

    Cardigan in H+M

    large]

Saw these boots in Schuh in Cork for €80 but because the place was so busy I wasn't in form for trying them on. Strolled into Pairs (a shoe shop next door) and saw them for €55 so had to get them. Look great under jeans and very comfy!

If you can get the style number off them (it will be 41 then 5 other numbers), you can ring a Dunnes and get them to check exactly which Dunnes have it in your size, then they can ring them and hold them for you. They're not in the Dunnes I work in, which is tiny, I'd imagine only biggish ones will have them.

    Thank you.

Could my local Dunnes order them in for me do you think?

My local Dunnes (Mullingar branch) is a small Dunnes:(

Nope, they won't interstore single items. They can only ring another store and hold them there.
