I ordered a pistol from Go Tactical Bray back in early July 2010 and I was told it would take a few weeks for it to arrive. I didn’t have a problem with this as I was in no hurry for it then. I was hoping to have it for a birthday present (the pistol is a Maruzen PPK boxed set) and the person is a big James Bond fan.

In December, still no sign, I visited the store in person and was told by the owner/manager that he know nothing of the order put through in the previous July, but he said he would sort it out. But seeing as it was December, he couldn’t do anything until the new year. Again this was okay with me, after all I was left waiting for so long, whats another week or two.

Since January I have rang the shop nearly every week only to be told that it will be sorted. I am getting passed from Billy to Jack with no help at all.

If this issue is not resolved by next week, I will be talking to a solicitor.

Please email me directly with details regarding this issue, as this seems to be an issue with the previous owner of the bray shop and ill see what i can do for you,( sales@gotactical.ie)

They're gone

The owner came in on Thursday night/Friday morning cleared out all the stock and brought it to the Bray shop.

He didn't even tell the employees he was closing down until they got to work on Friday and found the shop empty

Eh he used all the kit for a display as far as Ive heard and its actually sitting in the shop again but jut in boxs as they havent gotten round to putting it back apperently

But theres no need to jump to conclusions now is there :pac:

yes the wexford shop has closed, there just wasnt the business to justify keeping it open, we decided to focus on the bray store.

not true staff where told, I had been saying for the prevous two months that I would have to close if sales didnt pick up, we are going to focus on the bray store and the wexford staff are still employed by us.

The bray shop is Closed Sundays and Monday's open 10am - 6 Tuesday to saturday late opening Thursday and Friday till 7 pm
