I never used to bother unpacking until one year I came back from Greece with Pharoah ants that promptly multiplied into thousands and took over the apartment. Now I always unpack. :D

OMG  I never unpack, but I might consider it now

Always, always unpack! I like making the room all homely.

Jesus the thought of it makes my skin crawl, hope you kept your undies out of reach and your legs crossed :(

They were terribly fond of the knicker drawer alright (they like the warmth you see). I persevered until I saw one in the bed then I scarpered to the aul one's for a couple of weeks.

Bad enough having ants everywhere but pervert ants on top of that.....

So guys, next time you are caught going thru your g/f's knick-knack paddywhacks just say you like the warmth :pac:

I'm currently travelling and I don't so much as unpack but rather have a bag explosion which results in everything everywhere. Seeing as I'm cycle touring and every item has to be repacked in a certain way into certain bags I would have thought I'd have learned my lesson by now....

Regardless, I surely don't unpack and put stuff away in wardrobes etc.

It would never even occur to me to unpack... I put toiletries in the bathroom and take my shoes out but besides that I couldn't be arsed

I have to unpack my huge suticase during the trip otherwise no place to hide the body ...:(

Has to be unpacked. Simply because it feels more homely with everything at your fingertips I guess.

Saying that though I've never been anywhere for less than a week so that could have something to do with the urge to unpack.

Always hang up my clothes when I get there and leave my toiletries in the bathroom, why wouldn't you?
I would never ever leave my toothbrush/toiletries in a hotel bathroom. Have you not heard the stories about disgruntled staff who use guests' toothbrushes to clean to the toilet

I don't unpack. Even when I'm back home visiting for a week everything is left in the suitcase

I take things like toiletries out and hang up clothes if they're difficult to iron or whatever. I wouldn't take everything outta my suitcase 'cause I tend to over-pack so I'm never really too sure what I'll actually wear.

Too much hassle to repack your things when its time to leave. I just rap up everything into a ball and stuff it into the suitcase until it closes.
