Being called a "tryhard". That word bugs me so much. Guy harrassed me for four games last night calling me a tryhard after every ffa match. He came last every game......

I hate when your on a killstreak, going for an ac-130 or something, then someone gets a really cheap kill on you. something like you get a hitmarked quickscope, or someone with commando and all knifes you.

I also hate when your team is full of retards.

thats about 90% of the time playing with randomers though, eh lads I'm trying to shoot down the chopper gunner could you at least not spawn beside me without cold blooded? or if you dont mind, if its not too much bother like, try kill someone shooting at me since they're all up in our spawnz? thanks

OK, i'm fairly new to CoD and only have MW2. Play it quite a bit and it can be fun but I have to rant somewhere and my brother is fed up listening to me complaining. So here goes!

What is the story with these bloody grenande launchers people put on the bottom of thier FAMAS or Scar H or whatever the hell the guns are called?

Nearly fired the pad at the TV the other day when about 20 seconds into a game of TDM with randomers I got hit with one of these things by someone who fired it randomly half way across the map. They weren't even aiming at me, just fired it. Dumb luck and no skill involved what-so-ever!

I don't mind being killed by someone who beats me to the punch, but when you see someone and you try to aim down the sight only to be blown up instantly, it's infuriating!

Are these things in all the CoD games? Will they be in MW3? Very frustrating, and every second person uses them. Trying to fight the "if you can't beat them, join them" mentality cause i want to improve my aim (which is not very good, by the way), but it's getting very, very frustrating!

I fear for the life of the controller though. It will be broken sooner or later. And if I hear anybody else say "it's only a game" once more, i fear for their life too

It's not the not knowing guns part that he's on about, it's the "these things fired across the map". Noobtubes. Welcome to Mw2.

The game is full of crap that will piss you off,you just have to do your best to ignore it or you'll be spending a fortune on controllers.

Yea but we they won't be replenished by the Scavenger perk, nor will they One Man Army or Danger Close perks be in the game, thankfully.

I guess it would be a bit much to get rid of them totally. Delighted the danger close perk is gone, bitch of a thing it is too.

put on a riot shield, scavenger, c4 as equipment and danger close, lob c4 with R2 (on ps3 anyway)at someone then double tap square while its still in midair, watch the magic

My favourite thing to do when I'm defending in Demo on Terminal is to stick on:

Riot Shield
AA-12 w/ extended mags
Scavenger Pro
Danger Close Pro
Commando Pro
C4
Stun Grenades

Hop into the plane. Drop the C4 in the aisle at the side entrance and tell whoever is in the plane with me to watch the back entrance. Lads will run in from tunnel or side, see me with my big, stupid shield, charge me, I double tap 'X' (Xbox)... BLAMO!! Get outta my town. And they never learn. You'll see them come creeping around the corner from tunnel or coming in behind their mate's riot shield. That just means I'm getting a double kill as soon as the riot shield is over the C4.

Defending the objective is all I'd want from a random teammate in mw2.

He's not trying to spawn trap in demo, not mortaring people with oma/dc, not boosting by using tac inserts, not witching with m/l/c, not trying to get into the rock, not sending messages to all friends and recent players advertising 15th prestige lobbies, not ignoring capture points in domination, not running blindly out into the ac130's or chopper gunner's view, not leaving his mic on an breathing like a asthmatic pedophile outside a school and yet you're still having a pop at him.

Yeah defending the objectives in an objectve game is what is exactly wrong with COD as a whole.

Whether intentional or not you come across extremely poorly in your post.

TACTICS.

Its their own fault for falling for it, many a time I've walked in a door and had a c4 or claymore go off, thats when I change to sitrep and have a peek around corners the next time, fool me once and all that. it is pretty funny exploiting peoples stupidity though, moving slightly around an area and watching them come back for their revenge kill, making people frustrated leads to easy kills watching them storm across the map trying to get you.

to be fair though if you know someone is camping with a riot shield over a bomb site (playing the objective no matter what way you look at it) then stick on an rpg or noobtube and take them out, simples. or get a riot shield yourself with a blast shield on and get in there for some shield battering justice :pac:

I find with online games is that if your ping is low, you have to camp. Those with a decent ping can have a split second advantage which makes all the difference if they've seen you and gotten off a couple of shots before you even notice them as you go around a corner. Ever watched a killcam and wondered what happened to that lovely headshot you'd scored just before you get pwned...? The only way around that is to camp and wait for them to come to you. What really peas me off is noobs whinging that you're hacking coz they've no idea how ping delay works or hosts whinging that campers are unfair when they're the ones with the advantage. Scheiss hosts should STFU or GTFO.

If you can't deal with campers, you truly are noob.

It's only that one specific scenario I do it.

I'll tell you what I do hate though. Proper campers. I could deal with them so easily if I put on noobtubes, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

There's nothing evil about them if you don't act the maggot with them and just use them for their intended purpose..

true, they are there for a purpose, either clearing out a bomb site if the other team is dug in good with TI's around it just to give your team a chance to get a plant or rooting out campernoobz. If I'm watching a flag or bomb and kill someone then he comes back and gets me with a tube then hey, I shoulda moved. its running along and being hit by a randomly fired tube from some shrieking pubeless wonder that does my head in.

Finally managed to prise myself away from black ops and managed a good few hours MW2, Talk about culture shock noob tubes galore, maps were bigger actually did a little snipping,something I am about as good as I am playing darts I'm dire, I am more of an assault kind of girl you know rush in and shoot but it's kind of getting me ready for MW3! Sucking bloody noob tubes though

True though usually if "I am stuck in a moment I just can't get out off" as I like to refer it, it sucks truly ping is vital and if it's **** you suffer!
