Good to see captain van Persie continuing my streak of ridiculous choices. It's up there with having Al Habsi and Walters sitting on the bench. Close to throwing in the towel here already.

It's getting a bit ridiculous at this stage. All last night I was deciding between Van Persie and Rooney for captain.

At least Van Persie got 4 points in total, my highest of the season.

Wildcard played. Rooney, Mata in, couldn't get Adebayor so got Sturridge instead amongst others.

Yeah 4 points is my highest captain total so far. Torres cost me big time 2 weeks in a row. I've also rotated my keepers between al Habsi and Given, and I've hilariously managed to leave the highest scoring one of them on the bench EVERY WEEK. Sick of it already.

Long term you cant be transferring the likes of Aguero in and out to suit the fixtures, you have to stick or twist. But do you have him or Dzeko? You have to have Rooney imo or you will be left behind, but can you afford a city player who might not play?

Have Silva, Dzeko, Aguero and Rooney... is the way to go

No. Perhaps i should have said captaincy defaulted to Rooney because Dzeko did not play.

Al Habsi on the bench vs City a ridiculous choice? Playing Given against an Everton team with a weak forward line a ridiculous choice?

I'd make the same choice as you every time, don't beat yourself up about it.

What a day. Took Nani out for Mata, Nani gets a couple of assists. Moved captaincy from Rooney to Dzeko, Rooney gets hattrick. I started the day on top of all my private leagues, pretty sure I wont finish it there.

Transferred out Rooney and Aguero last night to get in RVP with what should have been an easy fixture against Swansea and Dzeko becuase he was cheaper and I needed the cash to boost the midfield. Disaster of a weekend as a result. My love hate relationship with fantasy football continues!
