    For anyone who wants to know about 2nd Round Trinity Hall applications:
    Applications received before 5pm on Friday the 2nd of September will be considered for the second round of offers for places in Hall. Successful applicants will be notified by email before 7pm on Tuesday the 6th.

    Did we not have to pay a deposit when applying for Halls in the first place when the offers came out? Is this another deposit or have I missed something? :confused:
    No, you pay:
    An application fee of €15 euro. non refundable whether you get accommodation or not
    Deposit of €250. You get all of or some of it back next august after the houses are inspected and they judge how clean you left it/how much damage you did
    first semesters rent:upwards from 1800 quid. You also have first semester utilities to pay, and a 40 euro charge to the JCR. These are paid up to two weeks before you move in (so today officially.) The next installment is due around new year, and the last one around april.

    I think it's Building.Apartment.Room!!

    Afaik, 79 is Cunningham House! :P

    Same question here. Don't have a clue how I am supposed to pay the first installment. Paid the deposit of €250 though.

    Email them, they probably didn't update the site. If they're late the deadline doesn't apply.

    I'm in house 91..apparently that means we just got in haha! Lucky :D Someone told me that 91 is closest to the bus stop therefore a shorter walk in the mornings therefore more time in bed :D Shhweet!

    Whereabouts in 91? I'm 91.05! We could be roommates!

    I think 91 is just on the right hand side as you come on the gate to Halls, so pretty close yeah!!

    Sorry if this has been asked before (and congratulations to all who have got into Hall), but has anyone declined or know of someone to have declined their accommodation place and if there's any chance for getting in? The office told me that if I rang sometime in the middle of next week, they'll let me know, but I'd like to know my chances, so that I would know if I need to rent/share an apartment as soon as possible.
