    Debating whether to order now off fnac or wait and get one off elara tomorrow hopefully. I doubt fnac will be able to fulfil all these orders, but if I do order, and its still "pending" or something tomorrow and I see that elara has them for sale, I will be pissed off. Not sure what to do....

    most HUGE stores got like 5-10 per outlet, at the speed of the fnac site right now id say theyve taken hundreds, if not thousands, of orders

    Thanks OP. Bought one too. Google Chrome translates the whole site into english so that wasn't a problem. If they do ship does anyone know if the language can easily be changed to English? Don't think it will be an issue, just don't wanna et stuck with french :) Also I guess a plug adapter is needed but that should be easy to get. Oh charging probably works via USB anyways. So no worries there.

    We'll see if they ship them. Will be tough if they start selling them on Amazon now. Anyone knows if I can cancel on this fnac site without penalty?

    According to a post about FNAC selling the Touchpad, they only started selling them at the lower price at 8pm tonight. If that's true, chances are good that anyone who ordered one around that time will get it.

    I'm on Firefox, so I had to call upon everything I could remember from my Leaving Cert French, I knew it would come in useful eventually
