What's everyone doing for a bench warm up?

At the mo I just bench the empty bar and work my way up on the weight.

    Depends on how I'm feeling.
Sometimes I am just lazy and start with the empty bar.

But usually I will do some work on shoulder position & foam roll my lats and mid to upper (and pecs the odd time)
Then I'll do stuff like band pullaparts or batwings to activate my mid back.
    Stretch the pecs out.
    Some scap wall slides
    Bit of pec stretching.

Then I start with the empty bar.

Set of 15 light weight reps on the peck dec. Same on the cable crossover. 15 reps on the lay pulldown. Then set of 60kg bench. I'd be interested to hear if that's not enough of a warm up.

The sufficiency of a bench warm up is largely irrelevant when it comes to injury prevention imo. If you're programming poorly, or have pre existing issues, eventually something will go.

Once ya gradually increase the weight on the sets you should be grand, assuming you've no imbalances/pre-existing injuries.
