you're then suggesting that he feels threatened because of the mans sexuality, and attraction to him. not the invasive touching part, which is the same as what i said.

so you agree, whether you know it or not.

Not his sexuality but the physical threat he poses. As I said, men don't like being grabbed by men for the same reason women don't.

so you think when a man "sexually assualts" another man, he most likely isnt gay?

*I* never said "probably", *YOU'RE* the one who said probably. I'm just attempting to go along with what you are saying. If the conclusions are bizarre then you yourself were wrong to say "probably" there. However there were a lot of legitimate "probablys" about what you said anyway.

because of that, its clear that its not the invasive part that upset the OP, but the gender of the offender, and possibly the sexuality.

Yes, do you have a problem with that? Some comment you want to make about that?

If it had been a hot girl and he liked it because it was a hot girl, then we can say that both the girl and him were lucky. The girl would be lucky because he would be highly unlikely to press charges, he would be lucky because he had someone that wanted to touch him touching him. (god... do you ever just wonder what on earth you are even responding to something online for...). In this instance both parties were UNLUCKY, but since he was the one who started it, it is HIS responsibility and his fault.

Suppose I paint your car red, right? Really blood red now. And you come out tomorrow morning and I say "ta da, I painted your car red". Now if you did not like the colour red on your car, you would be right to be furious and demand compensation. If on the other hand, you really did love the colour red, then you could be happy about it. It would be a lucky coincidence. But I would be at a terrible fault if in fact you couldn't stand red. If the girl groped a gay guy in the above example who couldn't stand females, then she would be at terrible fault.

You see? So you can take your ultra-sensitive "homophobe" sensors away, they only give false positives. Not every issue that happens to have homosexual issues in it is about "homophobes" not accepting homosexual people. And we do not have to treat both genders the exact same way at a nightclub if we're being groped!!!!

I mean what the heck would you guys say: "A man is groping me, damn this feels bad. However, I wonder would I feel the same way if it were a woman that did it. OH MY GOD!!! I AM EXHIBITING GENDER BIAS!!!!" Where did you even get the term "gender bias" from, is this what they're teaching in sociology class these days???

Will you now recant and accept that a person doesn't have "no right to complain" if they are being groped by a person if they probably wouldn't complain if it were a member of the opposite gender?

If a hot woman grabbed my ass, I probably wouldn't mind it. But a man grabbing my ass would not be appreciated.

if youre going to use quotation marks, make sure theyre quotes aand not random bs.

listen, you know my point. stop having a hissy fit every time you write.

the OP asked if male sex assault is ok. i dont think it is. but i only brought another perspective into the discussion. obviously people have different personal barriers, and some people give a shít and others dont.

i for one wouldnt care in this situation. IMO the OP overreacted, based entirely on what i can read from his posts.

the OP clearly showed a double standard, as ive said before. thats what this discussion is about, not about cars.

and as for your stupid car analogy, we arent talking about permanent damage to property worth thousands of euro, we are talking about a stupid incident where a lad touched a guys bum in a nightclub, made a big deal about it, noone cared so he came on here.

it was either a joke or your man was gay, either way it doesnt warrant this response from the OP.

wierder and worse shít happens in nightclubs. some guy touching a guy's ass isnt even worth talking about. this thread should have closed after the first post.

    goodnight.

Yeah some joke all your posts have been here, "whether you know it or not".

"gender bias" is a direct quote and something very like "no right to complain" was said also.

edit: Actually it was "no grounds to complain". And that is exactly what he said about this exact subject, I'm not trying to turn it or misinterpret it.

Posts 9 and 15 in the topic, both made by later10, who is a moderator. What kind of ridiculous person says things like that and how did he ever get to be a mod?

Here's another gem: "If you're just making a big deal about this because a guy did it then you're pretty much wasting everyone's time".... is he 12 years old or what?

Why is this going into a gender debate? touching someone without their consent is a form of assault, regardless of being male/female.

Oh ffs, It's not the end of the world. Now, if someone were to knock over your pint (regardless of gender) and not offer to replace it, THAT would be assault.

I was out in manchester a couple of years ago to go see city v sunderland.I don't support either team but my freind supports city so went out for the laugh of it and to go on a session :D We were in a bar in the city anyway and dying for a piss and a man in the toilet turns around with his cock in his hand and asks my friend what would he do to it for him?The lad with me is a bit cracked so says nothing and hits him a kick as hard as he could in the cock.

This thread is making me feel very inadequate, inferior or lacking in something. I was never ever touched-up, even as a young lad going to the Christian Brothers. . .

One year they're all over you, the next they're starting to look to the new, younger generation and you're tossed aside like an old rag. :(
