Im just in the door after 6 hours of delivering food. I work mon-wed, 5-11, tonight was'nt too bad i got 10 call's, so that's 3e per delv and 25e i get per night so tonight i earned 55e and about 7e in tip's. The last 2 night's i only got 4 calls and no tips, you do the maths.

I dont care if someone only gives a euro tip, its a tip and its an extra euro in my pocket. In the last year iv'e reconditioned my starter motor 3 times 35e euro a pop, had to get a new rad, drop links and bushings, steering rack bushings, t-belt and pump not to mention diesel, so give a fúcking euro ye miserable fúckers and dont stand there with that smug fúcking look on your faces waiting for your 10 smelly cent back. :D

Ha, I win. Had to replace the brake system in mine. Was out on a delivery and they went on me as I was coming down a hill aproaching a round about. €350 it cost me that night and I only made €50. Was out on deliveries during the snow and ice last xmas, talk about a bad buzz and no one tipped.

Ask your boss for minimum wage, will be a nice wage increase for you :)

Delivery driving is usually a cash in hand job. Minimum wage would require you going through the books which would feck up your tax credits for the week if ye had a full time job.

No - They get paid already.
Broke my tradition of not tipping as the driver followed the special instructions we asked of him.

    Close.

I asked him not to ring the doorbell, but to ring my mobile instead.
    He complied.
