    Just notice, There are two source of data for UK, one is 13.97 (1996 data )and another one is 14.73 (2008 data). So the number (28.70) is just summation of both data. That's way the map color is grey (out of coverage from the defined color).

    according to Forbes Britain are 28th highest for having the most people overweight. with 63.8% so i highly doubt that their penises are that big
