I'd say it will be similar to the test we done online so they can make sure we didn't get someone else to do it

I'd say there would be more than one day.. I had the interview there yesterday and she said they were doing the second round next week.

Although I'm begging to, try not to worry about it yet :o theres still tomorrow :p

    Hey Jeddie,

Did u have the interview which was after the assessment day ya? Was it on in city west as well ya?

Hope it went well for you

Oh no I just had the phone interview yesterday as I couldnt do it earlier because of work, but the woman on the phone said that the second round was next week, I took it that it was all of next week, not just one day.. maby 2 or even 3?

Lets say they bring on 100 people through to the next round with 50 jobs, they would be pushed for time interviewing 100 people in one day I rekon

Ya true that. Id say your right with the other stuff you said about maybe groups every day next week etc.

    Best of luck anyway.

The guy i was talking to said group assessments problem solving then bein split up and expected to do it on our own

    Followed by another aptitude test

And i wouldnt at all be surprised if we were interviewed again on the day when they do have us there in small numbers

Sounds like fun:D. When I had the phone interview I asked about the steps involved and she mentioned that the assessment day was the next stage followed by interviews. So I would imagine they are going to have a scoring system for the assessment day and those successful will be called for interview. There must be hundreds of people for the assessment days if there are more than one session a day and it being done over several days. I wouldn't say interviewing everyone from the assessment day on a more personal level is feasible. Maybe not just an opinion, out of interest did you receive there email conferring the date??? I haven't but I'd say it will give us more information.

if its anything like the assessment days i have done for other companies, its usually a meet and greet explain the day, then split into groups and you do similar timed tests to what you did online, then you do a scenario test on your own then do the very same as a group while being oberseved, after that a short 5min interview then do some practical stuff but not sure if eircom are planning that as i believe its being held in hotel?

12 people i think per half day over 5 days or 10 days if it runs 2 weeks

Does anybody know if there is a certain type of dress code for the meetings next week eg. workwear, casual wear or suits etc?
Wonder how many people are left and how many stages to go after this one for the succesful candidates?

I wonder if we have to bring anything with us, as in calculators etc. There will be more information on the website Monday so hopefully this clears things a bit more.

I am really confused by these chaps. They seem to have multiple rounds going on at the same time. I figured they'd only start the practical after sorting out all the phone interviews..
