What I'm saying is a give everyone a chance, even though I would probably be more wary of travellers.

I try to be tolerant, I honestly try my best and I'm not so quick to judge as I used to be in the past, its no secret here that I was a skinhead and into neo-nazi bullsh*t in my teens.

These days my view's on based on my own personal experiences with people, or races. They are my views/opinions and I don't try to push them on other's.

Some groups of people I've had an overwhelmingly negative experience with - Roma Gypsies, Nigerians and west Africans in general, Palestinians & members of the travelling community.

However having said that I'll go back to my first point and repeat it, I try to be more tolerant than I used to be, I'm not perfect but I'm pretty comfortable in myself and I'd never have my children speak in negative terms about a race of people without first giving those people a fair chance.

So am I racist?.. A little.

Yes, I am a Racist, not only that but I'd go one Further and say that I am a supremacist I see a lot of the other races and it seems obvious to me that We the White Western Europeans are superior to them in every way that matters.

If I am out and I see some Gyppos Begging I will abuse them, I will shout at them, I will make sure that they get the message 'You and your Smelly theiving kind are not welcome in My country'

If a black person trys to make conversation with me I will ignore them, if they persist I will inform them that I have no urge to listen to them and I will ask them to Fvck off away from me.

in my previous position I never Hired people of Ethnicities or Nationalaties I deemed Inferior, The MD did twice, and on both occasions my initial Bias were justfied by them either being excesivley Lazy and incompetent or just plain Thieving and lying

Welive in a free country and as such I am free to dislike whomever I please.

In American football last season a big deal was made out of a white running back set a record that hadn't been done in 25 years

When I was a child the most foreign looking people you were likely to see were tanned Spanish students, so it came as a shock to me one day when my father came home with one of his friends who was from Malawi.
Being very young I thought nothing of asking him why his skin was dark and if there was something wrong with him.
He tried his best to explain it to a child and I came away with an explanation that people from hotter countries tend to have darker skin.
I asked him how long he would have to live in Ireland to turn white.

Children don't get race, they see black and white in the same way they see short and tall. The prejudice develops later, and usually not because of any dealings with people. Just a huge game of Chinese whispers about how X race is a bunch of thieving bastards or whatever.

You seem to be making a case that some 'races' have attributes, for example sporting ability, which is superior to the ability of other 'races'. It's no big jump from there to seeing other relative attributes of 'races' in a similar comparative light, for example technological achievement or intelligence.

I don't think race is important at all, but I do think culture is. I'm not one of those "cultural relativists" who thinks that all cultures are different-but-equal. There's no point in discriminating against people for something they can't change, like race. But cultures can progress, and become better, and people can change their culture, and change what they do. That's why it's bizarre to see complaints about "knackers" being called "racist". If "knackers" stopped behaving like "knackers", no-one would be complaining about "knackers, would they?

As for being racist/prejudist/xenophobic, I'm not. I take everyone as an individual, which is a fairly handy way of avoiding any of the 'racist' tags. I've never had 'run-ins' with any particular group, and even Roma (which seem to be everyone's particular bug bear around here) have shown me different sides to themselves, depending on the particular person you're talking to or dealing with.

See, that's the problem with your position: everyone thinks their [x] is the right one/best/whatever but there's no objective standard against which to compare them.

No, because I'm simply not racist. I'll tell racist jokes, but then I joke about absolutely everything. I don't hate anyone based on where they are from or the colour of their skin, though may be wary of some, I will usually withhold judgement until I know them.

If you feel it's not in line with the charter, you can report it, or any post, in any thread. I haven't, for the same reason as I haven't thanked some excellent, honest responses in the thread, which as the OP I would like to, or argued debatable points, or challenged obviously nonsense posts, because the thread is, in a large part, about how much people are prepared to live with, act on, or be open about a viewpoint they would post anonymously about. I wouldn't like to see that chalenged too much, the honesty, howvere galling the opinion may be, is part of the point.

The thread as stayed (mostly) OT with little input or moderation. Compared to how some threads have gone, 'm glad to be able to say that and I hope it continues, without the need for mod action.
