The place itself would be the most important factor and the rent. Area would come third. I'm not gonna pay a ton of money to live in a half decent apartment/house just because it's in a posh area.

What facilities are most important when choosing a house/apartment?

Working Toilets ;P What is the best and worst area(s) you have lived in, in your experience?

Darty as mentioned previously, and ballybough/summerhill :(

Not a pleasant place. There are certainly worse, but i'd rather not live there :/

Are you a townie or a culchie originally?
