I like when they bust down doors so yes. have you ever been arrested or come close?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,514 ✭✭✭PseudoFamous

Yup, my key broke as I was trying to get into my granny's house, and as I tried to fish the broken bit out, a Garda put his hand on my shoulder and went "come on now", and then put me in the back of his squadcar that he'd quietly sidled up behind me. Feckin' disgrace.

Is there anywhere around where you live that you're afraid to go alone?

Not where I live now but when I lived in Inchicore I'd never get off at the Drimnagh Luas stop after 7pm.

Have you ever lived anywhere you felt completely safe regardless of the time of day?

Aye, lived in dartry/miltown last year. God it was amazing! I'd walk pished from the city centre through rathmines to dartry at 3am without fear! Or at any time of day in any state really! Such a lovely, lovely area too.

Admittedly, i was in trinity halls which is basically the epicentre of all student drinking and hence loud and messy as hell, but never scary or violent :)

What's the most important thing to consider for you when picking a place to live?

The place itself would be the most important factor and the rent. Area would come third. I'm not gonna pay a ton of money to live in a half decent apartment/house just because it's in a posh area.

What facilities are most important when choosing a house/apartment?
