    Discrete = apart or detached from others, seperate.

    Discreet = showing prudence

    Are you bored?

    Discreet means to do something in a subdued and tactful manner. Discrete means something that is distinct, in a mathematical or logical sense, where it has a well defined end.

    For example, discrete mathematics is the study of mathematics dealing with numbers that have distinct limits, whereas discreet mathematics would be mathematics that is talked about quietly for fear of upsetting people with numerophobia.

    Probably not, there's very few that could be stopped by one person and not just remove symptoms without fixing the cause. Killing hitler for example, would just mean that someone else would've taken the reigns in post-WW1 embittered germany.

    Don't think so, to me it means not finding a satisfying activity.

    Do you have a past time that never bores you?
