Who Would You Employ?

I recently decided to take on a graduate to work in the office. One of them is a lad.. seems capable enough, good CV, good references & some relevant experience.

The other is a hot young chick, no experience & her third level qualification is not as relevant to the job, but she's a serious bit of eye candy & has a smashing pair of knockers.

So all things considered, who would you employ?

If you really have to ask yourself, then mores the pity for you.

Trying to impress the lass with how well you run the show and wanting to impress upon her how you are imparting your sagely and priceless experience would obviously lead to a massive increase in your own productivity, happy daze.

By going with the bloke, you may end up just having the craic and teaching him nothing but bad habits.

I'd hire the lad as, if this girls' two critics are as adept as you suggest, they will eventually undermine her self-esteem and may render her unable to adequately carry out her duties.
