What is absolutely shocking about this is the way the paper has reported it. The iPod style picture in the article is just shocking to me. If this was an article about a man using a knife on a woman they would never use a picture like that.
I get this AH but seriously this is some vicious vindictive act. By all accounts it sounds premeditated and thought out so as not to allow him to recover afterward. Modern medicine will not be able to help him as suggested

That's how it works - violence perpetrated by women (assault, rape, mutiliation) towards men is always funny, no matter how barbaric or pre-meditated. It's a disgusting story and to see the media, nevermind AH posters, making light of it is depressing. A huge double-standard that doesn't seem to be going away, sure somebody above just asked 'what he did to deserve it'. Deserve it?!
