Similar here. I remember seeing other kids playing up and it was so alien to me. I remember my dad taking myself and my siblings to meet some friends of his, probably work colleagues, and I remember the woman saying 'XXXX, your children are so well behaved'. None of us played up.

Kind of unusual I suppose :)

Oh well in the company of my parents and especially around other adults I never dreamed of acting up, but in general I just never had it in me. I was too much of a softie really! The worst thing I ever did was steal a small chocolate bar from a supermarket...but then I felt so bad that I gave it to my brother. :o

i was the type of kid that the older ones use to get a laugh out of.

    ''hey paky''

    ''ya''

    ''pull down your pance''.

    (pulls down pance)

    (crowd erupts in laughter)

Very happy sunny kid, a bit wild though, always either up to mischief or plotting mischief :p

Oh creature, you just brought back a memory.... a load of local kids were egging everyone on to steal a chocolate bar from a local shop. I didn't want to do it, but I also didn't want to be told I was a scaredy cat.

I did it as well. I picked a Milky Way, possible thinking in my little head that it is the cheapest and if I am busted my jail time would be less than that for a Mars bar. :D

I got out of the shop and was so guilt-ridden that I couldn't eat it and gave it to one of the others saying I didn't like Milky Ways.

    :D

Quiet, studied a lot, read fiction a lot.
(Hopefully) Was not much of a pain to my parents.
I would be the quiet guy in the corner that knew stuff but was useless with the wimms (at least till later - all the studying sometimes later came in handy)

Haha I purposefully chose a small half-size bar that was a part of some promotional thing as opposed to the giant extra large one that my mate took. I thought they'd let me off with a warning whereas he'd get serious jail time :D

When I was really young I was chatty and nosey but as I got to 8 or 9, that changed. Got a bit quieter, was happy playing football with the boys and going to the girls houses at the weekend. I read a lot (still do) and would spend hours outside playing football with the wall.

There was no hassle with myself or my sister really...
