    Or they could just put them up during the night so there isn't a big rush at midday.

    what would be the point then? why would you want them online if you have them already? i thought the online version was because it takes so long for the post to arrive.

    24/7 Armed Guard? That very rarely happens... ever.

    For Data protection reasons and back up reasons its still better to keep them on site, For example all important data is backed up and stored securely on campus (Safes)

    The university gets its 3 Gbps internet connection for free yes, but most of the data it stores is not visible outside the campus, for example all student records.

    They know what there doing.
