When you think about your ex's.....

Thinking about my exes leaves me with two overwhelming thoughts:

1. I truly have splendid taste in women.

2. A lot of really excellent women have dodgy taste in fellas.

More seriously, I do sometimes wonder why I've persevered harder with women who were quite self-obsessed, and have let some lovely, generous-hearted women slip through the fingers. I guess I like a challenge, really.

Regarding the other two, everyone has their what if's, but theres normally a good reason for it when it ends. Chalk it to down to experience and move forward

Thiinking about some of mine.

1. Turned out to a psycho, stringed me along for 4 months with the whole I'm pregnant thing. When I did get rid of the bitch she went around spreading rumours about me to all my friends 1 or 2 still not as good a friends as we were!! This went onto major stalkage and she even went so far as to approach my current fiancés mother 3 years later to tell her what kinda prick I was leaving her when she was preggers( even though she was never pregnant). In the end I got a barring order against her but she still pops up unexpectedly in places, would be the kinda person who'd show up at my wedding.

2. A friend of a friend who had a major crush on me but was in a 6 year relationship with some other lad. We met up on a weekend away but after it she wanted to break up with the other lad and be with me, at the time i didnt want her to do that so kept my distance.Now I keep thinking what if I'd taken the chance on her. I'll never know cos she's now married.

3. Was with a girl for a few years and I'd be married to her now if it hadn't been for her ex who liked hurting me ( slashed tyres, broke all the windows in my car, gave me a few hidings etc ) we broke up and remained friends for ages afterwards but it started to turn towards her wanting me back, but I was in a relationship of two years so had to break all contact. Sad thing is lately I heard she's dying of cancer. Would love to get back in touch with her but I dont know what I'd even say if I did.

The rest of my ex's I see now and again and mostly we remain good friends but without benefits !!
