Guys I have a bet with a friend about comma usage! Yes yes not the most interesting topic BUT there is alcohol involved for the winner, woohoo!

So, which are the correct sentences:

    Happy birthday, Peter.
    or
    Happy birthday Peter.

    Good evening, Peter.
    or
    Good evening Peter.

So whats the correct usage? With or without the comma? And can anyone gie a link the the proper rule?

    Thanks incredibly wise AH people!

in b4 grammar nazi's correct me about something else.
