I must say, I just moved to Knoxville and heard that the carousel was a good place to go...but that's not the case. The place smelled like sewage the entire time, the place is cash-only, and the drag show was HORRIBLE!!! I would advise against stepping foot in such a nasty, disgusting, and extremely over-priced environment!

You can laugh if you like but as a happily married couple we go out to gay clubs anytime there's a choice in the matter. No aggro from young fellas that can't handle their drink or young wans that want you to buy them one, good music, intelligent conversation, and did I mention no aggro. It's a breath of fresh air if you just want to boogie and have a few scoops.
