how is using lube spicing things up?? it might make things a little better, but hardly 'spicing' anything. just normal lube op. what more is there to know? get the durex kind or ky or something.

depends on what year the lubed(as opposed to the lubee)is. If they're under 30, you need 5w-30 fully synthetic, if older, ordinary 15w-40 will do.
