Doesn't quite sound right... Mind always reconnects without any issues, it's the fact that it goes off while the phone is locked which is annoying!

Was thinking of getting an Auntie to pick me up this phone, but lack of Flash Support puts me off. Would be nice to have a Flash on the camera too.

However, how well does Skyfire work?

It uses some kind of proxy technology to get Flash to work. Could be a better idea than forking out extra for features I may not need.

Can you watch Youtube videos for example with it though?

Skyfire is grand for vids, thats it
A lot of sites still have charts etc in Flash

Youll have to pay €200 more to get a phone with Flash

Hi; what about Flashlite? I notice some ARMv6 phones have it, and some seem to be able to get it working on the Blade... though a lot can't seem to.

Play Flash games on Kongregate, test out of my own Flash stuff on the go(I'm making a game as a project), etc.

There are also a few websites I use with Flash functionality.

Personally I prefer the idea of HTML5 though, Flash is actually pretty horrible in a lot of ways.

Does Youtube work on the San Fran? I heard that when using 2.2, it "assumes" you have Flash and won't load the HTML5 version.

I think I want a new phone as much for the 3G, as I can bring around my EEEPC and use it as a modem.

Is it particularly difficult to unlock/mod the phone out of interest? I've Rockbox'd my Mp3 player but generally don't do that much Tweaking on this level, in terms of firmware etc.

I need a new phone fairly soon and if it's going to be a big job I'm going to keep putting it off

decent India games, ofc iOS is better tho.
It hardware supports HSDPA

coming from [Nokia] Symbian I must say I find it very easy
One of the least locked down phones out there

Just checked my email, my order for san francisco placed on 14 april just got cancelled, "unable to get stock from supplier", bad form from amazon giving a dispatch date

It's called the Orange San Francisco

I think T-Mobile also sold it at one point (they named it the T-Mobile Blade), but right now I think Orange are the only ones selling it though
